ZocoLive - Terms and Conditions
AHAM INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us") operates ZocoLive and its associated website. The Platform supports photo uploads, audio live broadcasts and live video broadcasts. It does not offer prerecorded video uploads. Private verification recordings are a separate KYC process.
A Content Creator ("Creator") is an approved participant providing live content. A Creator Management Partner ("Partner") is an approved provider responsible for Creator management and the agreed settlement and onward-payment functions. The title Partner does not itself create a legal partnership with the Company.
These Terms must be available before acceptance. Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Coins and Virtual Gifts Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Grievance Redressal Policy govern their respective subjects. Creators and Partners must additionally accept their applicable agreements. Acknowledging the Privacy Policy is not blanket consent to every use of personal information.
The Platform is for persons aged 18 or above. Provide accurate information, use your own identity and protect your credentials. Account sale, impersonation and evasion of restrictions are prohibited. Report suspected misuse promptly.
Use of an account or device alone does not conclusively establish authorisation of a disputed transaction.
Ordinary registration is not full KYC. Creators require identity and age verification and Company live approval. Partners submit a government ID in the app and complete full website KYC, agreement acceptance and Company activation. Aadhaar use is subject to the KYC Notice and applicable consent and alternative-verification requirements.
Users may purchase virtual coins through authorised channels and use them for supported gifts or digital features. The purchase screen must show quantity, price, applicable taxes and compulsory charges before payment. Recurring charges require separate affirmative authorisation.
Purchased coins are not bank deposits, investments or a general user cash-withdrawal facility. This description does not establish any regulatory approval or exemption.
Gifts do not guarantee personal attention, a relationship, future profit or a service not expressly included in the offering. Statutory refund rights remain protected.
Purchased coins, received gift indicators and legally payable Creator earnings are distinct. The Company prepares a draft bill on the Partner's behalf, the Partner verifies and accepts the identified version, the Company pays the verified Partner account, and the Partner pays the relevant Creators. Routine Company payments are not made directly to Creators. The applicable agreements and Earnings and Partner Settlement Schedule govern this process.
You retain ownership of your original content and applicable performer rights. You grant the Company a non-exclusive licence limited to operating, transmitting, displaying, technically processing and moderating your submitted content through the Platform.
Unrelated external advertising, voice cloning or AI training is not automatically authorised. Obtain rights and consent for others' music, images, voices and appearances.
Follow the Community Guidelines. Sexual exploitation, harassment, fraud, unlawful gambling, identity misuse and deceptive synthetic content are prohibited.
Provide legally required synthetic-content labels or audio disclosures and do not remove them.
Depending on the evidence and seriousness of a breach, the Company may warn, remove content, interrupt a live broadcast, restrict features, suspend or terminate access.
Urgent safety or legal needs may justify action before notice, followed by reasons and review where lawful. Device or payment restrictions must be necessary and proportionate. An allegation alone is not proof of wrongdoing.
You may request account closure. Closure or suspension does not automatically extinguish lawful refunds or accrued payment rights.
Technical interruptions may occur; the Company will take reasonable corrective measures and provide remedies required by law.
The Company does not guarantee audience size, gift volume or future earnings. Each party remains responsible under applicable law for its own conduct.
These Terms do not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, the Company's own actionable breach or non-excludable consumer rights.
Material changes will be notified in advance, with acceptance or consent obtained where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
Required reminders about rules and consequences of breach will be provided. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the lawful remainder.
Complaints may be submitted through in-app support or the Grievance Officer below.
Indian law governs. Competent Kolkata courts may hear disputes subject to mandatory jurisdiction and statutory remedies elsewhere; these Terms do not restrict a legally available consumer or regulatory forum.
