Privacy Policy

AHAM INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Platform: ZocoLive

Platform policy commencement reference: 14 February 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AHAM INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED processes personal information in connection with ZocoLive.

1. Who we are

AHAM INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is responsible for the personal information it processes for ZocoLive. This Policy covers users, Content Creators and Creator Management Partners.

The Platform supports photos, audio live and video live, but not prerecorded video uploads. Website KYC recordings are separate private verification records.

We follow applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, SPDI Rules and IT Rules. Provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 apply as and when in force and applicable.

This Policy does not represent that every DPDP provision is already operational.

2. Information processed

We process account and contact information, user IDs, age-related information, profile photos, submitted images and communications, live activity, reports and support correspondence.

Transaction records include recharge references, coin and gift movements, Creator entitlements, Partner bills and payment status.

Creators undergo identity and age verification before live approval. Partners submit a government ID in the app and complete website KYC involving name, bank information, signature, PAN, identity information and a recorded verification video.

Business identity and representative authority are verified where relevant. The KYC Notice and Consent applies.

Relevant IP, device and app information, access logs, diagnostics and crash records may be processed for security and service operation.

This Policy does not authorise unnecessary contact-list access, precise location collection or background access to unrelated files.

3. Purposes and permissions

Information is used as necessary for account operation, live approval, verification, recharge and gift delivery, billing, settlement, fraud prevention, moderation, complaints, security and legal compliance.

Advertising or unrelated purposes require an appropriate separate basis and any necessary consent.

Camera and microphone permissions support selected live or verification functions. Photo access supports selected photo submission.

Refusing permission may prevent the dependent feature from working. Device permission is not permission for unrestricted surveillance.

4. Public content and recordings

Public profiles, photos and live broadcasts may be viewed or heard by others, who may make external copies.

Limited-audience communications are not automatically public. Live transmission involves technical processing and buffering.

Any additional recording, transcription or moderation capture must be explained through an accurate feature notice covering its purpose and retention basis; this Policy does not authorise indiscriminate permanent recording.

KYC videos, government IDs, signatures and bank information are not public profile content.

They must not be used for advertising, unrelated face recognition or AI training.

Automated face matching, if introduced, requires an accurate separate explanation and necessary consent.

5. Sharing and service providers

Necessary information may be shared with relevant hosting, live-communication, payment, security and verification providers.

Accurate information about actual providers, relevant access locations and transfers must be available through the applicable collection or service-provider notice. We do not identify an unverified provider as an actual recipient.

Partners receive only information needed to manage their linked Creators, reconcile entitlements and make payments. They do not receive unrestricted access to full Aadhaar copies, private chats or credentials.

Banks and payment providers may also act under their own legal duties and privacy notices.

Limited disclosure may be made for valid legal directions, applicable obligations or necessary legal claims.

Overseas processing must meet applicable transfer and localisation requirements.

Unrestricted sale or public disclosure of personal information is not authorised.

6. Security and retention

We maintain reasonable access controls, secure transmission and storage, staff confidentiality and incident-response arrangements.

No system is guaranteed risk-free. Applicable breach-reporting and affected-person notification obligations will be followed.

Information is retained only for necessary purposes and applicable legal duties.

Account closure, completion of verification purposes or a valid deletion request triggers review for deletion or de-identification.

Necessary records may be retained for tax, disputes, fraud evidence or mandatory preservation, with restricted access.

This Policy does not authorise indefinite storage of all KYC videos.

7. Choices and complaints

Contact us to request access, correction, account deletion, withdrawal of applicable consent or review of information handling.

Proportionate identity verification may be required. Withdrawal may prevent the dependent feature from continuing but does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Where retention is legally necessary, we explain the relevant reason when permitted.

The Platform is not intended for persons below 18. Identified underage accounts will be restricted and handled through appropriate safety and deletion measures.

Material changes and any new purpose requiring fresh consent will be addressed through appropriate notice and consent.
