ZocoLive - Content Creator Agreement
AHAM INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
Content Creator Agreement
Company: AHAM INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
Platform: ZocoLive · Policy commencement: 14 February 2026
Parties and acceptance
This Agreement is between AHAM INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and the Content Creator identified in the acceptance record. The Creator must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting. Record the Creator’s identity, account ID, accepted version and acceptance time.
The Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Coins and Virtual Gifts Policy, Grievance Redressal Policy and Earnings and Partner Settlement Schedule apply to their respective subjects.
These documents must be available before acceptance, with a downloadable or otherwise accessible copy. A Partner’s separate obligations require its own recorded acceptance.
Verification and live approval
Provide truthful identity and age information. Live access requires Company verification and approval.
Aadhaar use is subject to lawful consent and applicable alternative-verification safeguards under the KYC Notice.
Do not use another person’s identity or account.
ZocoLive supports photos, audio live and video live, but not prerecorded video uploads. Keep credentials secure and report suspected misuse promptly.
Nature of engagement
This is an independent content-contribution arrangement. The title or Agreement alone does not establish employment, legal partnership or authority to bind the Company.
Actual working arrangements and mandatory law determine legal status. Do not impersonate Company staff, make promises in its name or collect money without authority.
No audience size, gift volume, salary or future income is guaranteed.
Separate promotional campaign work requires separate acceptance; the Content Creator title does not impose undisclosed promotion duties.
Conduct and content rights
Follow the Community Guidelines and obtain rights and consent for others’ music, images, voices and appearances.
Child exploitation, sexual content, harassment, deceptive deepfakes, self-gifting fraud and unlawful transactions are prohibited. Provide applicable paid-endorsement disclosures.
You retain ownership of original content and applicable performer rights.
You grant a non-exclusive licence limited to Platform delivery, transmission, display, technical processing and moderation.
External advertising, voice cloning and unrelated AI training are not automatically included.
Following deletion, reasonable steps will end operational use, subject to lawful evidence retention and technical removal.
Entitlements and Partner authority
User recharge, received gifts and legally payable Creator earnings are separately accounted for.
Maintain reliable activity and entitlement records. Hidden deductions, retrospective removal of earned sums and fabricated activity are not authorised. Creators may challenge inaccurate statements.
The Creator authorises the identified approved Creator Management Partner to receive the corresponding recorded Creator-payable amounts from the Company and pay them onward.
This limited authority does not permit waiver of unrelated claims, rate changes, custody of identity documents or acceptance of new contracts for the Creator.
The selected Partner and the Creator’s authority must be recorded.
Partner Settlement
The Company prepares a draft bill showing Creator-payable amounts separately from Partner commission.
The Partner verifies and affirmatively accepts the identified version.
The Company pays the verified Partner bank account and the Partner pays the relevant Creators.
Routine direct Company-to-Creator payout is not offered.
Company-to-Partner cycles are the 5th, 15th and 25th of each month, subject to the Settlement Schedule.
Payment through a validly authorised Partner performs the corresponding Company settlement obligation to the extent legally effective.
Creators may report non-payment directly. The Company remains responsible for its own wrongful routing, actionable breach and non-excludable duties.
There is no automatic Company guarantee of every Partner default; any additional amount legally due remains payable.
Corrections and restrictions
Documented errors, duplicates and unlawful transactions may be corrected on a lawful basis.
A consumer chargeback alone does not prove Creator fraud.
Holds must be limited to reasonably affected sums and reviewable; earned money is not arbitrarily forfeited.
Urgent safety risks may justify restrictions, with lawful reasons and review opportunities.
Exit and Partner changes
Creators may request cessation or a Partner change in writing or through in-app support.
Transfers already initiated will be reconciled before future authority is changed.
A Partner may not indefinitely block exit or demand undisclosed release fees.
Ending the arrangement preserves accrued dues and necessary reconciliation.
Further streaming cannot be demanded as a condition for releasing earned amounts.
Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible under applicable law for substantiated losses caused by its own breach, fraud or unlawful conduct.
No blanket indemnity for every other person’s conduct is imposed.
Applicable taxes and statutory documents must be handled by the legally responsible party.
The Grievance Redressal Policy and statutory remedies remain available.
Indian law governs, with competent Kolkata courts subject to mandatory jurisdiction elsewhere.
Creator declaration
I confirm that I am at least 18, act under my own identity and accept this Agreement and the identified applicable documents. I authorise my selected Partner to collect and pay onward my recorded entitlements.
This acceptance is not blanket consent to all personal-data uses or undisclosed future terms.
